Allison Robbins – Founder
Vibrant Medical Neighborhoods
Allison is responsible for Vibrant’s Medical Neighborhoods. Prior to Vibrant, she founded and was the Chairman and CEO of Imagine Health. Imagine Health is a directly contracted, quality driven network concept that influenced the nation’s push for narrow, alternative network products. Allison grew Imagine Health to 8 networks, $15.5 MM in revenue with a 30% EBITA before the company took its first round of financing in 2015. During her term at Imagine Health, Allison’s clients included Walmart, Qualcomm, Disney, United Airlines, Marriott and The Home Depot. Allison’s experience includes managed care executive roles at HCA and Intermountain Healthcare.
Bonnie Hansen
Vibrant Growth & Operations
Bonnie is responsible for Growth and Operations and is a Vibrant co-founder. Bonnie also was a co-founder at Imagine Health, managing many of their top clients and leading the Wise Provider Networks division. Prior to Imagine, Bonnie worked for a company that was later acquired by Aetna as the sales director for three states and at United Healthcare, working her way up the organization to become one of the top salespersons in the nation.
Korb Matosich
Vibrant Payment Platform
Korb is the designer of medEcash, the Vibrant Payment Platform. Korb Matosich has an unusual depth of experience managing all sides of health care payment. He oversaw both Revenue Cycle Management and Payment Integrity businesses at Ingenix, now Optum, and at UnitedHealth Group. He also served as the CEO of AAPC, an organization that certifies billers and coders.
Lisa Behnke MD
Vibrant Clinical Oversight
Lisa Behnke, MD, MHA, BSN is the engineer of the Vibrant care navigation model. Lisa has extensive experience in payment policy, healthcare quality, utilization management and in clinical practice in both health plans and provider organizations, including 12 years at UnitedHealth Group.
Nicole Oishi
Vibrant Care Navigation & Operations
Nicole Oishi, with experience as both a healthcare executive and a clinician, leads our care navigation and operations teams. Inspired by early experiences as a front-line nurse where she saw how deeply fractured healthcare had become, Nicole has developed a passion to transform healthcare. She served in executive leadership roles at healthcare startups like Matrix and Collective Medical, as well as Washington State Health Care Authority and Regence (Cambia).
Brett Schklar
Vibrant Marketing
Brett is responsible for Vibrant’s marketing and go-to-market operations. With experience in bringing cash-driven healthcare models to market, Brett is passionate about rewiring healthcare to get employers, members and providers access to a more direct method of healthcare that is faster, higher quality and significantly less expensive. Brett has served as Chief Marketing Officer and consultant to numerous cash-driven healthcare startups.
